Enter via the path from the parking space into the rear garden, step up to the back door opening into: Garden Room: with sofa and chairs with door to downstairs Shower Room: With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Door to: Kitchen: with electric hob and double electric oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave. Open plan Dining/Living Room: with dining table and 4 chairs. Living Area: with comfortable sofa, armchairs, Smart TV and fireplace with electric fire. Door leading to front door. Open tread staircase leading to first floor landing with doors to: Double Bedroom: with zip and link King size bed (can be made into twin beds, please advise upon booking), built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, drawer unit and mirror. Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds, bedside table, built in double wardrobe incorporating dressing table. Family shower room: corner shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
